The 2010 Swedish Open was held on 13-14 November, 2010 in Södertälje, Sweden. Organized by Lennart Aspelin, Niklas Andersson, Monica Palmer, and Lewis Palmer, it was the 7th Swedish Table Championship. Twelve entrants from six different countries took part. The trophy was captured by Lewis Palmer.
