One thing that has really helped me is the game reviewer, because you can use it to check your counting of tiles remaining in forced positions.
I would also like to ask a question... I have searched the website but can't find any explanation as to what it means when there are TWO numbers shown in a forced space separated by a slash. I'd be grateful to have this explained

The first number indicates the tiles left in the bag which legally fit, the 2nd, the number of tiles that theoretically fit. So if it says 2/3, it means that one of the 3 tiles left in the bag, cannot be legally played until the end game. Only two of the 3 can be played.
